An outdoor fitness and nutrition program designed to burn belly fat and get a flatter, more define mid-section.
- The entire program is only going to be for 6 weeks.
- We provide you with a done for you Nutritional plan crafted to help your increase your metabolism and burn fat. (This is NOT a crazy diet)
- You’ll need to workout with us 2-3 times per week in a group Bootcamp style setting and/or use the 30 Minute Home Workouts we have developed. (no equipment required)
- We provide you with a Shopping List of foods and Recommended Supplements Guide so your cupboards are only stocked with healthy foods to help you increase your energy levels and burn fat more effectively.
- We provide you with and give feedback on a Food and Activity Diary to keep you accountable for your actions and increase your chances of success.
- We provide a Progress Report and Tape Measure for you to track your weight and body measurements throughout the challenge.
The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times but never impossible. The sessions are designed for all levels of ability, coached by friendly, encouraging Personal Trainers (We don’t believe in shouting and screaming at you to get results) Our sessions are fun and social to keep you motivated and looking forward to your next session.
Here’s the best part… even though we’re going to work on burning belly fat and flattening and defining your abs, we’re not going to be doing endless crunches or sit-ups! (a flat belly without doing traditional ab exercises).
